Description
God was in the water that day, pickin' through the roots and stones.
Trippin' over sunken logs, trying not to make his presence known.
In the mist of all the destruction, the debris and death, he came upon a young child alone and in the dark. So he sent forth an Angel who swooped the baby up in her arms and brought her back.
Guiding her through the darkness she led the child to a point where the light could once again be seen and placed her on the ground.
Then, gently patting the child on her bottom, the Angel watched as she began to crawl towards the opening, to the light and the awaiting hands of the living.
And like a baby being born the child once again emerged as if from Earths womb to take her rightful place among the living.
God was in the air that day, breathin' out a haunted breeze.
Tryin' not to make a sound, shufflin' through the dried up leaves.

I hope you don't mind, but I just can't help marvel and wonder over this particular story. True there are many stories of the Creators spectacular and miraculous acts of His grace, but this one just touched me in a very special way.
I find myself going back and viewing this link from time to time as a source of inspiration and hope. I personally find that when I look around only to discover myself wondering in the valley of darkness this story is a great source of motivation, and a reminder of something my Grandmother could always be heard to say; "As long as you have air to breath, you have hope".
Thanks for viewing
Once again my apologies for the lack of timely comments; new computer will be here soon.
