Description
Lake at Kylemore Abbey in Ireland. Weather, in spite of guidebook predictions, was beautiful and sunny three-fourths of our days there.
There, Lucy, for your birthday I have finally posted a picture.

Beautiful Gail! And it's about time! I'm still filled with envy and the only way you can alleviate it (and therefore make me a better person to be around) is to post a lot more pictures of Ireland! Perfect that you posted such a gorgeous tree for my birthday! My first roll of film, taken with a little box camera, was all trees. OK, they looked more like blobs, but they were trees. Thanks! I love this one! Beautiful sparkles and shadows!

WOW! Talk about gorgeous! I love the colors, particularly of the water and the way the light shimmers and dances around! Great sense of color all around, too. I'm kind of a bug for color, I can never have too much of it, but that may not always be a good thing, as my tastes can occasionally run to the gaudy and flashy (rather like ancient Rome by way of the 1980s...ew...what a horrendous I've just put into my own mind!) But anyway, back to this picture, which has nothing to do with ancient Romans with 1980s hair (thankfully.) It's gorgeous, and it really imparts a relaxing and inviting mood. I like it immensely. Welcome to Renderosity! Hopefully you'll have tons of fun here!
