My name is Ursula and I live in the southeast of Bavaria (Germany) together with my husband and our little White West Highland Terrier called 'Ruebe'.ÂÂ
I am born in nineteenhundredfourtyseven. ÂÂ
ÂÂ
Reading, art, gardening, collecting stones, my house and taking photos are my passion. Certainly I have forgotten something....
ÂÂ
I love nature and above all the "invisibles" which become visible only by Macro photography. Very briefly, I am curious! And I also always like to know what I have taken a photo of.
ÂÂ
I am  very grateful to my son Adrian  (  January Gallery of the Month 2009   - Chaos 911 )      that he left me his 'old' camera. Moreover, you owe it to him that you can see here my pictures. He has encouraged to me to join RR.
ÂÂ
A lot of fun while looking at my "small world"!
ÂÂ
ÂÂ
If not differently mentions, are all photos from my garden.....

Yes, we have really huge wolf spiders here too, and they're FAST! I had one race across my bedroom floor and I swear I could hear its feet. This is a wonderful capture!

Great capture! We have heavy rains for the next few days as well!

Wolf spiders are so fascinating...and yes, as MrsRatbag pointed out, quite large. You can hear them running, when they're in the mood to run, and there's something surreal about wolf spiders, stomping around. They're beautiful spiders though, and I'll always find them fascinating! This is a marvelous shot, and I love the colors, especially of that light snail shell. Superb work!
