Description

Whatever happened to the days when cars were full bodied, made of steel, that a fender bender wouldn't crush you as it would today with cars that are made out of plastic. Or Engines that a person could work on them, with normal tools. Today's cars are all computerized to the point where you almost need a degree...:-) Instead of you being in control...the car now controls you. You push the button, instead of keys, step either on the gas without it getting stuck, or the break you hope will control the car. It will take you where you want to go or worse yet speed up while and send you to your grave. Thanks for viewing. And thank your for your comments as well.

Yeah, but they were very difficult to steer, requiring a lot of arm, shoulder and back strength (no such thing as power steering back then), no A/C or heat, pollution makers, ... I'd much rather have a sleek, modern machine than one of those ...

Beautiful shot! Power steering is nice but it is kind of sad to see an era go away.

And to when cars had it's own, unique style and personality! Today's vehicles mostly all 'look' the same. SIGH.
