What a capture! I love the way Irises always look painted, no matter how clear and crisp the photograph--they're probably the reason why paint was invented in the first place! Great light and color here, and I love the play of textures: the petals, the leaves, and your wonderful DOF. It's quite dreamy in all of the most fantastic ways. This is also one of those photos that must be viewed on full zoom, just to get the full effect.
