Description
Sometimes it seems as though we are in a hurry. Why are we in a hurry? Are we trying to get some where? When all is said and done, we can only be where we are. We cannot live in our memories for they are our past and we cannot live in our future for it has yet to unfold. So why the hurry? Take a moment and slow down to the speed of life. Be fully present in your life and enjoy what each moment has to offer you. It can be oh so delicious. You are always where you should be and you are always who you should be at any given moment in time. You are a rose waiting to come into full bloom. A rose does not bloom suddenly. It comes into its beauty slowly and gently. Now that's slowing down to the speed of life. Try it, you just might like it.

When I saw my render and completed my post work process I knew that this was oh so delicious. I was truly inspired by the light and flowing colors.

long time since I"ve been on RR (but for a dedi to a dear friend passed), and I come back to your luscious opulent visions once more. You sometimes work in 'areas', stylistic worlds where you unfold in each one like a big beautiful butterfly. This one has crossways & riverways, but it's still infinite in feeling...almost like a vivid map of the soul. Your 'petals' sometimes become waves of energy & soul (as they are here) and your colors are deeply expressive--here with beautiful pastels mixed with wonderfully rich reds. And the undulations lead to triumphal heart shapes and "gatherings," as you so often do in your fractals. It's just lush & beautiful, Gayle, and your words are beautiful as well, celebrating what one of my teachers called "your true home" ("wherever you go, home is in you"). A beautiful image & thought, and as always filled with your loving vision. Wonderful, this cool tuesday, to return to this. Beautiful work as always, Gayle.

Stunning piece .. it sings and it dances! The past week I have been digging in the garden .. weeds .. weeds .. weeds. Yet it is very soul satisfying to see all the life in that dirt, amongs the weeds, and I feel sorry that I am disturbing so many little lives, but oh how lovely it looks now that the flowers can breathe! Digging out those weeds is very grounding, and keeps very much in the moment, focused on just that one weed, marveling at the very big spider carrying her eggs around with her for safe keeping.
