Description
I did a similar image for the recent Vue Challenge, "Down By the Water" and it really got me thinking about the oil spill in the gulf. I saw a picture of an oil soaked pelican that just broke my heart, so here is my version of this horrible event. Thanks to KenG for the brown pelican.
