Description

Three elven brothers are on the hunt along the forest trail when the youngest sibling decides to test his huntsman's mettle against a ferocious beast scurrying across his path. His two older brothers look on with amusement as he prepares to battle a less than fearsome beetle! For his part, the unlucky beetle is scurrying as quickly as his six legs will carry him to the high grass before a junior size elven sword comes crashing down on his colorful exoskeleton! My apologies to lwperkins whose BugComics bug hunting scenes carry a little more "umph" and a lot more art! This was not intended to be a bug hunt, but when looking through my runtime for a less than ferocious critter, this little bug was the only thing I had for my young but anxious elf to prove himself a true hunter. My thanks to all of you who made wonderful birthday images and sent me birthday wishes on my birthday this week! I was really overwhelmed! You guys are the greatest!!! Thank you one and all!!! This looks great, love the bug but I do think he needs to find a "larger" animal to prove himself on.. superb work on this one well done..

Hehehe - just imagine what the beetle is thinking..... "Great - just great! I haven't had a single aphid yet today, and now I've got this pointy-eared fool trying to stick me with a sword!" Looks like the older brothers are a bit amused at thier younger sibling's choice of big game! Really wonderful artwork, my freind! Truly excellent poses and expressions, and the environment is quite realistic!!
