I wonder if this one can cling on, or if the edge is just too hard to hold on to.

Today it's cold, but there has been quite a lot of sun, so I was able to garden for a little while. We have had no frosts this year, so there are still lettuces and a lot of herbs such as tarragon and valerian that are growing strongly, confused about what time of year it's supposed to be. Plenty of flowers happily blooming; they will brighten up even the coldest winter day--if we do eventually slip into a ptoper winter!
