Lake Jackson Tallahassee American Coot Hope you all enjoy and please zoom. Thanks for the comments. New camera. Going back to a less formal style of posting the pictures, do to loss in some details having to down size the picture so much the other way. The last post had more detail untill I framed it and down sized it.

That Coot is not really a Duck for it doesn't have webbed feet, it's in the Rail family. Old Coot! LOL! Think so! ;D

Fantastic feather detail and textures in Zoom mode. I have a Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XS and there is a menu function to reduce the pixels so you don't have to crop so much. Tough reducing a 10MB photo down to meet RR's posting requirements. Dana
