Hi all,
I am Mark Baas from Holland 21 years old, I live there in Huizen, just a small village, i am mildly
autistic, and I really love too see and create
things in 3D, love the 3D movies too, Final Fantasy is really beautifull, but I loved Ice
Age too.BIOMy first creative productions started on the Phillips MSX 2 with Easy paint or so, I don`t
really remember the name exactly that was in 1989.
Somewhere around 1992 I bought an Amiga 600, I
really liked it, shame it is dead, did some
things on it with Deluxe Paint, created some
animations on it.
Then some years later I sold my 600 and bought a
Amiga 1200 to replace it with a Hard Disk at last!
No more disk swapping for big adventure games of
12 floppy`s, got really sick with that :)
I started out with my 3D expierence a while ago,
on my 14th too be exactly, with 3D construction set, not a too powerfull tool, but it was easy to
create that way, never payed attention too Lightwave, Cinema and Imagine though.
Then I stopped a couple of years with producing,
more gaming :P I am really an addict ;)
Commodore died, and it was time for me too buy
a PC, much better games, and software except for
windows then ;) I started too mess a little with
Rhinoceros 3D, I like Nurbs but I wanted a software package with much things on it, I had 3Ds
Max R3 on it, but it was a little too hard so I
started with Bryce 4, did some tutorials as I
always do when I want too learn a program, some
Bryce pics are in my gallery just as Rhino3D.
But I found that Bryce had some limits, it`s great too create sky`s with it and landscapes
though, so I was really getting eager too learn
3DsMax, I bought some good books of the basics
and started too learn, did the learning besides
my stupid job then, have learned for about a half
year, and now I stopped a while with 3D, don`t know why but maybe I got too much on my mind,
can`t force it either :P

Nice! The wolf/dog doesn't look like it's floating to me, but the head seems to be one with that shadow. A bit more light on the wolf/dog would be better.

It's a really good work, the only thing is the wolf/dog. It looks like it was floating over the ground. anyway, the composition is superb.

Very nice. I disagree with both of the above statements. I'm giving you a 10. It is a little grainy - maybe on purpose - but I think the pic is awesome, and I think the wolf looks great, so sinister coming out of the shadows. Lovely stuff!

this is some great stuff (i would take the dog out,he serves no purpose anyway,or put him close to the water drinking) great trees, depth, lighting and color...almost look like a painting.
