Description
The main reason I never released the USS Hornet is because I couldn't get it to render, full of B-25s, in either Poser 6 or Vue 6. A new computer and Vue 8 made all the difference. I added the battleship, liberty ship and destroyer, but Vue didn't seem to notice :) Counting the Kingfishers on the battleship, there are 21 planes in the pic.
Please forgive the anachronisms

Very well done. This could pass as a photo. The enlarged image is even better. I took a few seconds for me to discover the destroyer in fron of the Liberty ship. These models are SO good! Keep up the good work! :)

A fine model, though the planes on the deck seem a little large, just a little. The U.S.S Hornet is mothballed near here. There of tours so one may walk the ship. Believe there is an image posted in my gallery on Pearl Harbor Day.

Well done John. A beautifull trio of ships . The Hornet all set up for the Doolittle Raid, all those B25s have paid off! This is the Yorktown class carrier Pre Essex right, also sister ship to the Big "E". Also like Ranman38 would like to know if you will release this beauty.
