Description

Pehn Orell strolled along the promenade that connected the Tarsus Valorum Government Center with the Seldyn Hospital. Seldyn was acually a cluster of ten hospitals, catering to the military for the most part. But now that the Clone War was over, they were converting over to civilian use. Pehn smiled as she felt the Force Presence of the man who'd been following her for ten minutes. She stopped and turned to wave. The smile turned to a grin. It was Diryn Mizah, a Weequay Jedi Knight. The only reason he'd made it to Knighthood was due to the desperation brought about by the war. Before the war, he would have needed another three or four years to train. And Mizah was also weak against mind tricks. Time for a little fun. "Why you follow me Weequay?" Pehn demanded in broken Basic. "You are Pehn Orell. That's why I follow you." He said, his hand twitching near his lightsaber. "You not smart! Pehn Orell red spiked. Me black spiked. You no know red from black?" The Cerinian asked derisively, while stepping up to him. "Then how did you know I was following you?" "We Cerinians a hunter race! We know when followed. And you not good tracker." She told him. Orell then stared into his eyes. "Why don't you take a break from the hunt for Pehn Orell. You look like you could use a little release. There's a place near here, Konzy's House of Girls. I heard they have some hot blooded Weequay women there. Why don't you hire one for an hour?" "I could use a rest, yes. I also need to spend some time with a fine Weequay woman." Mizah mumbled as he turned and flagged down a passing cab. Pehn Orell smiled as she watched the cab fly off. But her smile disappeared when she saw the remains of the Jedi Temple. She immediately turned and jumped from the walkway to the one below. Pehn knew she'd made a mistake using Force Suggestion on Diryn Mizah. She could feel HIM nearing. Skywalker! She was running when she hit the surface. Ten minutes later, she entered the old warehouse that she knew was used by the Hutt Desillijic clan for their coruscant smuggling operations. As she entered she was greeted by an ancient Hutt and his retinue of Mandalorian bodyguards. "What do you want Cerinian? Are you looking for work?" He asked her in Huttese. "I could use a good pilot. And your people are famed for their flying skills." "No mighty one. I've come to warn you. Troopers are coming. And they are being lead by this Darth vader." The Hutt stared at her for a second, not sure if he could trust her. He then looked across the room to a Aqualish sitting at a surveilance console. "Agundo! What's going on outside? Are there any troops out there?" The being flipped a switch to see what was happening outside the warehouse. Agundo's eyes then grew even larger than they already were. "Lord Cardun! There have to be five hundred troops out there! And that black armored freak Vader is with them." The Aqualish then activated the blast doors. "Let's clear out of here!" Cardun ordered. Pehn watched as they quickly fled for the various secret exits. She smiled as she crossed the room and used the Force to open an exit that only certain high ranking Jedi knew of. Then she moved some crates around the hole to hide it from view. When that was done, she sat on one to wait for Vader to enter. The blast doors opened for Vader as he neared. Entering, he waved the troopers back. He would take care of her alone. He knew his master wanted her alive. And he knew why: he was too damaged. Well, he would take her down, regardless of what the Emperor wanted. He didn't do the things he'd been forced to do just to be cast aside a few weeks later! No. The Dancer will die here he thought triumphantly as he walked up to her. The Cerinian stood, with her arms held out. "Come give me a hug Ani!" She said with a laugh. Throwing off his cloak, vader was begining to call his saber to his hand when the crate slammed into his back.

Always consistent and prompt.. But now you have Vader and Pehn... Hmmmm, wonder what will happen? Pehn is a prominent character so, will she defeat Vader? Is this like a season finally or something, just leaving us hanging... LOL
