I see green bell pepper, a little onion, the sauce made with tomato sause or crushed tomatoes? Oregano, garlic and oh, I spotted those scallops right away. They look like they are cooked perfectly. the pasta too...it is not limp but turns with body. Excellent meal and photo. :-)
