Description

This was not his first time to the City of Steel, so he walked with purpose over the bridges where their small airship lay thethered and into the darkening corridors. His apprentice, however, gazed with wonder and delight all around her as she took in the deep canyons of metal. Though her gasps of delight were pleasing to the ear, the girl's master steeled himself as they walked. He knew she had yet to learn of the dangers here and against some, magic was of little use. [[ Not 100% pleased with this as Poser kept crashing and I had to mesh a few layers together and wasn't able to match the lighting on each layer exactly. Still, photoshop is your friend and I hope I got it blended to the point its not blatantly obvious (at least to anyone but me). Really nice image. Lighting is fine. Can't tell it was pieced. I'm not sure the dragon works IMHO. It seems to draw away from the overall atmophere of the picture, which is great, and becomes to much of a focal element. - Bob

Thanks for the feedback :) I'm glad you like it. Yah I can see that with the dragon, but since it's a decidedly fantasy creature I thought I'd use it. The clothing the people are wearing could fit into a sci-fi scene easily enough and I wanted to show they weren't 'from around here'. :)
