Description

Today us Dutchies are going to vote for a new parliament. The largest parties will then negotiate to form a new government. Those are going to be very difficult formation talks. Tomorrow I'm packing the suitcases and Friday I'm off on holiday. And this time we're not going to get warm on some sunny beach... we're going to Iceland. The only way to get burned there is if you step into a (mud)pool that's too hot! So this is my last upload for a couple of weeks. C'ya! ^_^ Yvonne

This is really lovely. I hope you have a great holiday, and when you get back, you will have a new Parliament that reflects the views of all of you. Proportional voting is the best kind, even if it does hold things up a bit. Somehow the country manages to rumble one for a while as the talks grumble on. We have it here in NZ also.

Well, if you all vote the same way there will be little need for discussion, and as for visiting Iceland I hope you cause a stir rather than one of the bigger things. A holiday there was one of my ambitions but these aged bones now tell me it has to remain a dream. Nice picture - sorry, I nearly forgot to say. There are a few warm (hot) spots on Iceland, of course but whether sunburn comes as an equal option is questionable. Whatever, enjoy!
