Description

Hello. Thanks to click again... I have not mentioned yet but Jose was a baker. A bit far from planning and building a theme park. First constration he was built is the grand staircase. (this is how called today) Smart decision, all the building materials was traficking down on these 'skinny' steps. Isn't it amazing, still standing and strong as ever. The moss and ferns covers the sides what makes it more lovely. At the bottom of the stairs we go to the left and find this one level ruin. Still standig though need a bit of help, hidden steel columns supports a whole structure. We were not allowed to go upstairs for obvious reason. Some couple decides to get married here, they allow to go up for the photo shoot only. Have a great day/nite...yes,cookie time as well...seeya

So much lush greenery in these terrific shots of the jungle ferns and moss taking over the ruins of this park. I didn't know there had been Spanish conquistadors in New Zealand.
