Wishing you a very happy birthday for today Andrea!!! I hope that you will have a funfilled day and a year with health, wealth and happiness!!! I shot this image a while back at a local nursery. This mirrored pot was standing at the doorway leading to the indoor plants! I kept it all these months because I knew it would be great for your birthday!!! (You share your special day with my eldest son, who is 30 today!!!!) This is quite a perfect birthday gift for Andrea. I love how the mirrored bit actually reflect so much (but I see no hints of your reflection anywhere in there! You must have been standing at an angle. I love the subtle flashes of color in this, and the overall "shape" of everything. The more jagged lines of glass tiles, the smoother, rounded curves of the pebbles, the almost feminine shape of the vase itself. It all works together perfectly, and it's a symphony of shapes, colors, and quite a brilliant display of light! Yeah, this is quite a goody!
