I think Claude19 recently mentioned I had posted around 104 skies.I never counted them
I dropped someone off at a mall in Mesquite and as I was leaving, I seen an interesting cloud bank, so I stopped in a parking place to grab it before it disappeared over the horizon.while I was shooting "the sky no less"!!!!the sky!!! a ignorant security guard pulled up and told me I can not take pictures on mall property.I said for crying out loud, it is the sky.after a few smart remarks he said I had to leave mall property
I will be back, but not to make any purchase there. if the same jerk sees me(jerk mall policy) he may call the local police.if it does happen I will notify every tv,radio station that will listen to me.I know it is their property but the stores sells cameras there.so, let's see.someone can spend their money to buy a camera, but if they step outside to shoot the sky,they face an arrest.a parent shooting their child riding the little train faces arrest? maybe the portrait studios may have to move because they are on mall property.no testing a camera before a purchaser leaves the premises.they maybe branded a criminal

Very stunning photo of the sky! love the light and colours. As for MC, put some people into a uniform and the power goes right to their head. you should go ahead and contact the news stations anyway.

Like I always said richard "Put a uniform on some people and the think they are king kong lol:: You have all the rights to take a picture anywhere as long as it's not in a casino I believe this is the law in Ca.but outside is fine even there However all that said you were out in public for heavens sakes; pee-pee on king kong...I say:: lol GRRRRR-eat photo paranoid america"

Keep up the amazing series of sky photos!!!..you have many fans!!!...I think your encounter with 'mall security' goes beyond the mall and who's in charge!..beyond the USA for that matter! The world is at war right now, and unlike other wars in the past, this war on terrorism has no 'clear direction' or 'enemy'!..... Children riding a little train? They weren't laughing and giggling were they? The mall is a place of business and there is no room for that! Really nice shot of the sky. Don't forget to forward it to Al Qaida. One day you should stand across the street from the mall and just shoot pictures of it. If the a**hole sees you shoot a couple of him so we can see what one looks like.
