For non-chemists: The molecule is the amino acid arginin, "Arg" is the standard 3-letter code for it in biology. I would have preferred a picture of Joe Aaargh (from the Eisner -?- comic) but couldn't find it on the web. Oh, and the gag with the "1" is stolen as well - Tex Avery, as always. He's my hero.)
