Description

More from Stourhead. I once appeared in an outdoor production of Hamlet for the National Trust, and this bridge was our main entrance and exit to and from the stage. I had to come on stage to silence only to be upstaged by two very noisy, mating, Great Crested Grebes on the lake behind me, never appear with animals and children springs to mind.

LOL! Wonderful story! Probably funnier now than then. Beautiful image! Excellent composition and colors! I love the soft, white layer of wild flowers on the grass and the tiny bits of red and pink.
