If you've watched any of the World Cup matches, then hopefully you get this.
I've sat next to, or in front of an idiot with a drum or whistle at a game, but one loud fan can be dealt with. I can't imagine sitting in a stadium full of idiots who's only joy is to make noise. If they blew their vuvuzelas when their team scored a goal, it would at least make sense, but no. They have to blow those irritating things for the entire 90 minutes.
