Torture To know myself you'd have to feel my damning pain But do you think you can stand the feel of acid rain Because that's what it's like if you want to know me It's a chain that forever binds; you'll never be free I used to have a heart but now it's just a cold dead stone I'm a lone wolf who's been shunned; cast out and alone What you see on the outside is just an empty hollow shell But the torture on the inside can be considered unearthly hell You could never know of the torture that I've been through Inside I have so much pain; theres no way out what can I do Here I will stay all alone and with nowhere ever to go It's a pitiful death; one that is too gripping and to slow When will it end who knows; does anyone really ever care The demons of life have me transfixed with their deadly stare I don't know how much more of this mess that I can take Before my will to live finally begins to bend and break (C) Copyright Joshua Dobbins (FENFIR) June 17, 2010
