Description

A few of you have asked about the little yellow duck - Strangely, each of the duck families living at the brook have one baby yellow family member - why? I haven't got a clue. What I can tell you is that the yellow duckling in each of the families seems to be far more confident than the rest. As I suffer from "Googleitis" I checked on Google to see why some ducks are yellow and what colour they will be when they grow up. There are two answers, in some breeds yellow ducklings grown up white whilst other breeds they grow up brown but lighter than their siblings. This is such a cute series Susan! I am reminded of the cute little ducklings that we received on Easter sometimes. I remember how soft and wiggly they were and how they bit at our fingers:-) I'm glad to see you back posting again and I hope all is well with you! (and the furries!)
