Description

This was captured last Sunday on the Taunton to Bridgwater Canal at Creech St Michael, Somerset. The canal was built in the 1800's to transport goods by barge between the two towns and beyond but, with the advent of the railways, gradually became redundant. It is now a pleasure area and a wild life haven.

It certainly is a pleasure area, what a lovely scene. That old bridge is very lovely. I like the name of the boat and I especially enjoy seeing the ducks or geese trailing behind. Very lovely scene.
