Description

The Shanghai Girls advertising posters were used as advertisements during the 1930s in Shanghai. The women used in these posters were considered the height of fashion in their time. The advertisements consist of everything from medicine to cigarettes. Today these posters are popular collector's items, and although the items they advertised are long gone, the Shanghai girls live on. This is my interpretation using my favorite Asian model, Lihua.
