Beautiful! I had always thought of peacocks as being more warm climate fowls, I would think he would freeze his tail feathers off in Nova Scotia.

superb shot, now a creature as wonderful as this......it just makes you wonder if a hand was present in the design or as some speculate it was natural selection...does make you think does it not?

A very good photograph of one these seldom seen birds. You got the blue against green perfectly. The last time a saw one was in Hotel National on Havana, Cuba, where they have some that stroves freely on the property. To add that important little touch you know!
