Description

My neighbor's water heater blew out and flooded her home. As a result I am privileged to host our local royalty while her place dries out. The Duchess, also know as Molly, was a feral kitten rescued from our nearby marsh. Far from being wild and uncontrolled she has grown into a well-mannered lady with a sweet disposition. Ladies and gentlemen, Molly.

See .. this is how you get to seven, Mark. ;-) Oh, sure ... it starts with a "few day stayover". Then her boyfriend visits for an evening and before you know it ... your livin' in Kitty City. She's a wise one, the Dutchess, you can see it in her eyes. She's certainly smart enough to know it's a better life under the roof than out in the marsh. Cats learned this a very long time ago. And we don't do so bad in the bargain either. A sweet portrait! Terry

She's adorable. As a dog owner (who has also owned cats) it reminds me of a saying I'd heard that describes the difference between them. Dogs have owners. Cats have staff.

Care to take care of mine when I go on vacation...??? she hates being left alone she is a BIG baby.... please oh please. Cute photo of the kitty she seems to be at ease, you must have the right touch or the purfect kitty snacks ... lol
