Description

Thank you very much for your nice comments, they are surprising me a lot, and it makes me happy! About this collage: The photo's are all made by me with that simple Sony-DSC-S930, pocket camera. (I have only that one.) But it is my husband (karel) who was helping me with PSP, to make the collage. Because I suffer by PTSD, I have a lot of pain. Special in my face, eyes, etc.. Concentration to work with PSP, I have not. I try very hard to learn. So again "thank you very much Karel"! There were questions about my photo from the Aconitum (which indeed is poison, although they using it in Homeopathic medicin) My answer: It's the Aconitum Napellus. But it's the special pov and light, that made my photo look different, as them who you can see on, f.e. Google-search. I went (very) down on my knees, and tried to catch the low evening light, by looking deep in that flower. Mostly you only see his hood, because he 'hangs' down. ;-) Thank you for reading so much of my stuff, sigh, ;D I wish you all a very nice weekend. Take it easy. The world turns slowly, but we often go too fast ;-) Keep calm and take an easy zoom. Do not panic, because you can see how Cock-chafer defecate. THANK YOU! :D

Just FABULOUS, Mies!! A favourite for sure, and it just shows that if you point a pocket camera in the right direction you get marvellous results! Having 4 dogs, I'm not frightened of beetle poo, by the way!

What a delightful collage and presented quite nicely. I think PSP is an excellent editing program. I am surprised at how similar many of these insects are to the ones I see here. I especially like the white spider and the Iridescent Blue Damselfly. I totally agree with durleybeachbum about pocket cameras being surprisingly suited to insect closeups. These little cameras are easily carried, easily used, and affordable. The only difficult part is seeing the little critters and getting close enough to get the shots - neither problem seems to be affecting you, lol. Thanks for sharing. Lee

You've proved, its the photographer and his/her magic eye who takes the photo, your camera is just a tool. Stunning close ups and well composed with my favorite app! RS
