In memory of my Dad...
Thank you for teaching and showing me that knowledge is power that could unlock heavy, steel doors to opportunities a young woman has only dreamed of.
Thank you for teaching me the “how” and “why” of things, though this method took more time and effort, instead of the faster and easier way of doing it yourself.
Thank you for showing me I can instead of I could.
Thank you for being my Dad.

What a fantastic work of art to dedicate to all the Fathers out there! My wife lost her dad in December of '05 to cancer at 78, and my dad is fighting it as well. He's 91. Those years go by so fast. Value every second. Beautiful render, Jenny!

This image looks so very realistic....even the water splashing on her sandals Also what beautiful words you said about your dad...If you are like me I was a daddy's girl..I was so spoiled...They (Dr) thought since I had a heart defect or a VSD now....that I might not live to my teenage yrs..so if I wanted anything a doll,candy bar you name it I got it.....and he still spoiled me after I got married....I have some wonderful memories of my dad..the best was our trips to the library on Sat....Just me and my dad...I was in love with the Hardy Boys for the longest of times........LOL and I loved to read Nancy Drew as well...I have her first book or maybe second original print with sketches in the book describing that scene....First printing was 1959 Grosset & Dunlop.....I wouldn't part with this for anything.... Like I said....this image is just awesome.... And thank you for letting me go back in time to remember my special day with my dad........Oh and on Sun nights after church dad and I would stay up and watch Bonanza LOL while mom fussed saying we would watch any old thing LOL...I sure miss my dad and mom........mine may be gone but they are never forgotten... 10 stars for this one....**:) Hugs Susan~

That brought some tears to my eyes, Susan. My dad lost his battle with lung cancer in 1992. I still miss him until now. He left us nothing but happy memories and so this tribute is for.
