Are nothing more than futile passing fads.
But one computer conversation has
Convinced this skeptic to believe, although
We’ve never shaken hands, our minds have met
And I discovered possibilities
To have a friend whose generosity
Of spirit leaps beyond the boundaries
Of time and distance to confirm … I’ve had
A close encounter with a special soul.

oh my word! You have brought me to the most joyous feeling that brought a welling of tears. I do not cry. This is not crying. I slept most of the day and to awake and read what you have said to me is beyond more than I know how to say. Your writing touches me so. And then you share this, your sweet soul with me................I pause to take it all in. I am speechless. Who knew that to be possible? Now I feel so tickled and happy. Oh so happy! Beyond words, well almost. How beautiful a gift you've given me. One that I shall cherish in the deepest part of my heart forever. Thank you.... FRIEND. This is very special, and so true. I believe the friendships we make on-line are some of the strongest, because without ever meeting face-to-face, we are relating mind-to-mind and heart-to-heart. And that is very special. I have that kind of friendship with Toni, and this is a perfect tribute to this wonderful lady. :o) CC

What a dedication to one of Renderosity's marvelous talents...she's a friend to quite a lot of people here, and that's not surprising...she makes brilliant artwork and is always supportive of other artists. This is a marvelous and heartfelt piece of writing...more conversational than poetic, and that's what really makes the poetic impact of it strike with clear accuracy. This is fantastic work.
