Good idea, good pose, but there are some details that need attention. Arm and thigh can not be in the same space, and maybe you should consider the composition as a whole. But I like the idea and the general set up.

Lol, I have cat on head picture somewhere... I'll post it later. The worst thing is when they leap onto your head from somewhere else, it can be very surprising. Very nice image, this guy certainly has a good relationship with his cat :)
