Another quickie character portrait I could not decide on a setting or backdrop for this character and truth be told I am not happy with the backdrop here, she actually looks better on a plain white backdrop which I am not good at. Love the sci-fi-ness of this! Is that a word, sci-fi-ness? grins. Well done, and I think it looks fine. If you're looking for higher contrast, what if you darken the background a bit? I don't think making it lighter would look good. Mind you, I don't know a thing about Daz, so have no idea if it's feasible.

I love her expression! She looks like someone just asked her a really stupid question like, "You packing heat?" The only problem I have with the background is that too much of it looks color coded to match her outfit. Her outfit looks wonderful! Excellent detail and texture. Superb lighting on her, emphasizing the creases and folds in her outfit and the shine off the metal. Beautiful highlights and shadows of her face and neck. Lovely image!
