Makes me think of the oil that ran out of the eyes/orfices of the hybrids on the old 'X Files' TV show, combined with her eyes I'd say we've got a woman posessed here. Hope this isn't a realization of how you're feeling today... ;) Very intriguing character and nice work on your textures although I think the tears are a little symetrical for both eyes when viewed straight-on like this.
