Another in my series of the Salt and Pepper Museum in Gatlinburg, TN. And thanks for all the support and I was thrilled to see one of them actually made it into last week in the gallery, thank you for that. And to you all that played along and tried to guess the slogans you all rock I must say Sandy (dragonmuse) you take the prize for guessing the most way to go girl... you watch WAY TO MUCH TV LOL Well I spent the morning watching the World Cup games WAY TO GO USA!!!! wooo hooo I screamed so loud one time the cat left the room and when they finally scored she headed downstairs, poor kitty cat. Going to open a German beer and enjoy watching the next game at 2:00 thank you Michael for introducing me to the games, both my daughters played soccer, so I have sat through my share of games, but I never followed any of it on a professional viewing level, so its been a lot of fun to watch.. have a wonderful day... First of all, I find soccer to be most boring. Like, a 2 to 1 score after all that running around and getting kicked in the shin? Give me baseball, basketball and/or football anytime. Now, with that out of the way, you have presented us with another master photograph from the interminable collection of salt and pepper shakers at the museum, created in every imaginable way, Lynell. Glad you liked the 1960 Buick LeSabre also. And I did guess some of those slogans right, right?

Reminds me of the farmer who couldn't make the payments on his tractor so the bank came to reposess it. He wasn't home so they left him a Deere John letter. Sorry but after seeing this image I'm feeling a little 'corny'.

Some more wonderful shakers taken so well. I love the smiley faced corn on the top shelf. It is amazing how many of those slogans are used down here too. It just shows you how global we have become.
