He is the Childminder a demon of sorts but one with a heart he cares for the children the lost and abandoned, all the kids know him and do not fear him but grown ups beware you hurt a child and he will hunt you AHHHH hahahaha
I had a lot of fun with this letting my imagination loose

Fabulous, I see alot of interesting elements. I like the cats but mostly I really like the upper lighter window.
