Having been owned by cats for over twenty of my years I can tell you that this is a particular trick cats play. You see how she is intently concentrating on a spot before her. She is attempting, through the force of her mind, to make food appear before her. This often works when a human thinks, "Oh, I have to feed the cat!" And you thought it was your idea.

My daughter had a cat that looked just like this named Tiger... It was torn in half by two stray pit bulls that made it into my x's home.... thank god it was only the cat, my daughter was the only one home and she beat on them to try and get them to stop - I don't see me ever having another cat... it happened back in 2001

Nice One! I like the truth in wysiwig's words. Our cat used to pray in front of the fridge each night! He was always successful so it shows the power of prayer!
