Description

Well I haven’t done a super hero for a while so I thought I would do one for a change. I know it’s really different from my usual posts but what the heck. ;) Actually a few people had asked me to put together a tutorial on how I do heroes and this is the finished result. I’m going to post a before and after image tomorrow, and once the tutorial is fine tuned it will be up somewhere or another. When I was deciding on the character I would use for the tutorial I realized I had never done an image of my personal favorite super hero of all time, Vision from the Avengers. I loved this guy when I was a kid, I thought he looked cool, had the best powers of any super hero, and was the most noble guy around. Not to mention he had a hot wife (The Scarlet Witch). Anyway as always thanks for checking it out.

Yay, a tutorial, really? How about those outfits, did you design them? I haven't done any renders of this kind so I look forward to the tutorial. Thanks, Roy!

Well ya know, once in a while it's good to kinda break the mold and push the envelope just a tad. Hell, I might even render a GUY sometime! LOL! And you've certainly pushed the envelope here, buddy! This is butt-kickinly cool, awesome, rad, (hmmmm.. rad from raddar), and just plain nifty! Can't wait to see your tutorial, my friend! That reminds me - I was going to do a second one, then I got wrapped up in this TNA project. Maybe I can work on both someday... Anyway, I love your super heroes! Looking at these guys makes me feel like a kid again! :-D Outstanding work!!

This is AWESOME Roy! One of your best in my opinion! I would love to see a tutorial on how you work your magic! I have long wondered about it. You aught to do one of The Scarlett Witch too. I did a quick web search of her and she does indeed appear to be quite a hottie. Of course, to do her (did I just say that?) justice you'll need to use V4 rather than V3, LOL. Super work on this buddy!

...LOL....LOL...LOL... I'm laughing cause this was your All time Favorite super hero - LOL and IT SOUNDS LIKE the main reason you liked him best was because of his WIFE - LOL... You don't pick your real friends in life that way, do you? LOL ...I'm just tease'n.... My two favorites actually could get their Butts kicked by any superhero - Robin - LOL and Spiderman... granted, Spiderman is a little tougher than Robin, but, he was never as tough as they make him in the movie - When I use to read the comics back in the 70s.... ok, my dinner is here and I've already writen a lot more than I wanted - lol ... oops... one more thing - lol... ya gotta do this for us fans of your that don't know what you're talking about... post this guy's Wife - make her as Sexy and as Hot as you've ever seen her - that way we can be the judge - lol

A Vision indeed!! I feel like my childhood was totally deprived, I never read comics (except Mad). Not exactly the same thing is it? I really love your super heroes and when you post the tutorial I'm gonna have a try. I'm a huge fan now!!! This is wonderful, look at the cape, I love how it flows. Super work.
