A nasty historical creature. Torquemada, feared and hated.
The bad ones certainly leave their imprint on history. So why do we tolerate that sort of thing today? I guess each generation has to reinvent the wheel. I thought about putting an advisory on this, but I don't think it's overtly horrible, but when you stop to think...

Been inside of this one, studying and exploring it for a long time... No, not overtly horrible, Merren. Powerfully disturbing, yes, but its covert aspects even more brutal, just like the reference and associations. I wish I had an answer. I've never understood. I blame a plague of recurrent collective complacence, and laziness. We then become destined to recreate, even inadvertently, and to relive. BRILLIANT work, dear Merr! (Oh, to have that eye of yours for just a single day dammit..lol)
