Description


A tribute to the airborne operations in WW2. The C-47, by David Swan, was converted to OBJ and mapped. The parachute figure was a prop that came with ThundeRRenderS's Stuka. I painted the figure to look less like a pilot, which was wasted time here, and morphed one so the chute was just opening. Poser 6/Vue 8. How many planes and troopers are there? A bunch :)

Reminds me of my training jumps in 1970 at Benning, the jumps I made in Nam were just one or two squads. Lovely work. Spade
