Description
Another attempt of mine to make stratified formations not to look like stairs. There is some regularity to the spacing, but not obviously so. Planet in sky is same as from a previous render, just tweaked a bit.

Nice work Rich. The displacements are looking good as does the strata. I would like to see a bit of color variation between the base and apex of the mountains. I like those pinkish clouds too,
