Thank you so much for the views, the kind comments, and the faves of 'Rescue' it is all deeply appreciated. Also many thanks to those who think me worthy of being their fave artist.
'FURRY TAILS'
Another fantasy story about the kittens going walk about within the Enchanted forest, and a follow on to my cats fantasy tales book (still writing -OUCH!). I thought how nice it would be to have some naughty kittens having fun meeting all the different types of fairies. Also how would the fairies find out where the kittens came from, and more importantly keep the kittens amused during their time within the Enchanted Lands. I do hope you enjoy this one, and yes the title? Sorry but I just could not resist the pun, but as you can see the fairy is trying hard to get all 3 kittens to sleep, as it is midnight and all furry kittens should be fast asleep!
Oh did you notice there are 2 of my artworks in the fairy's book, those are 2 I reworked to go into my book.
I painted the fairy, using a template from a free stock photo http://darkmaiden-stock.deviantart.com/gallery/#/daznis
Please if you have time to check it out, you will see that I have completely changed that beautiful little girl by painting the red haired fairy. I got carried away with painting her, but may never have thought of it without the stock photo template, so many thanks for that. I painted all of her with some help from brushes, and photo manipulated the hands which were my own resources.

All worked mostly in PS Elements 8, and sparingly in Corel Painter 11, using Wacom tablet intuos4 and pen.

I think you put yourself into that fairy. I have been told that people who paint/draw will often put their own characteristics into their work without noticing it because those are familiar lines to them. :-) This is gorgeous work. The color of the dress is really wonderful. It is ALL wonderful. :-)

Another sweet render by the so nice Artist that you are... :o) I love your subtle image and I admire the delicacy of your painting. Everything is carefully composed and painted as it is the tradition with you. The fairy's left arm is really beautifully painted... Your kittens are so cute and lovely... I love the play on words in the image title. Your words and your images always match perfectly. The environment is just beautiful (of course, you painted it...) and enchanting. Sis, I'm so thrilled to see you felt like posting another of your lovely creations and this one really is so special. It's like being pulled into a magical day dream where anything can happen and little animals are the heroes.
