Description
It was the original version of this foto that began the friendship Tara and I have now. She sent me a site mail making a couple of suggestions, and the rest, as they say, is history. So, this one's for you, girlfriend!! If I'd had any cherries this year (talk to the birds about that!!), I'd have taken pix of em for a newer shot!!

Thank you, my friend! :) These cherries are gorgeous, and boy, do they stand out! LOL! No getting lost on the picnic table this time! :P It doesn't matter that there aren't any this year ... I'll just eat these. They still look just as good as they did three years ago! Thank you for the cherries, but even more, thank you for your years of friendship. :X

If life is just a bowl of cherries, then why am I always in the pits? Extremely nice capture of the succulent morsels, Marilyn! Those goodies are really expensive in the markets around here.

Cherries! Nice! I like the richness of the colors in these and the sheen they carry on their skins. You always capture colors so well, it's instinctive with you and that's one of the strengths in your gallery. I love this version. I went back and saw the other version and I like it as much...I like the zoomed in focus here, and the sense of composition there. I could do with cherries right now, but I'll have to settle for ice cream...not that I'm complaining...Ice cream...yummy! I love this shot!
