Description

This is Nikita, my 9 month old mini dachsie and Gimpy, the one kitten we kept from the first litter my son's cat had! They are inseperable and impossible! Their favourite playtime is 2am on my bed, running laps around me! I love them dearly but sometimes I border on a sense of humor failure in the early morning hours! Here they were playing outside on one of the coldest days this winter... hence Nikita wearing her No2 jersey! And those innocent faces... pfffttt!!!!... don't be fooled! Thanks for popping in and for your lovely comments and favs on my upload "When the sun goes down". Stay well! Hugs Carin xx

As you can see here, Gimpy is hitting you with full on Cute Beams at full intensity. And it works every time! This actually makes me think back to the cats I've lived with, including the infamous Natasha, a rather gregarious curtain climber and killer of Q-tips. I'd buy her cat toys and they'd go ignored. If I dropped a cotton ball, well...lets just say that there was cotton fluff everywhere, and I'm not even going to mention the sparkly bits in the kitty litter box one Christmas! Needless to say, Cats...gotta love 'em, and well-dressed dogs are just as adorable, though a wee bit more dignified in appearance. Hilarious. Cats are supposed to be mysterious and elegant, and they're usually the exact opposite! And as to whether or not they look innocent...well...Gimpy's cute beams are working as intended so yeah, I have to say total innocence is expressed here!

To use an old expression from the American South, "They look so sweet that sugar wouldn't melt in their mouths." (Usually reserved for children who are anything but.) Excellent image! I love the positions of Gimpy's front paws! Very cute and captured perfectly!
