Description
I work as an art teacher and some days are better than others. Today, some of our students were working with a visiting artist on large Batik panels, to be assembled into a bedouin tent type of construction. Lots of hot wax, fabric dye, irons, glitter, sequins and glue. Today was one of the better days.

I have worked this before and it is so much fun. I do mine with gourds though. It is not as easy as I thought and takes a steady hand and smooth movements. Excellent shot of this art form.

WOW, great impression of it. In the past I did batik too. It is such creative, and very surprising to see afterwards, the results. I hope you will post some, from what came out.
