Description

This very old wooden bridge crossed a deep gorge where the river below flowed furiously. i'd never seen such a bridge before and it appeared to be about 200 years old. Please zoom in to see more details. Jean

When I was young, there were several covered bridges I visited but over the years, they have been removed and replaced with concrete ones. Wonderful collage.
