MMMM!! One of our favorite meals is Cornish Hens...and I'll tell you, if you have company over and you want to look like you fussed, serve these! So many people have never tried them! I cook up a box of Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice (not the quick cooking kind...it doesn't have as much flavor) and stuff the hens with that and roast for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. They come out so nice and brown and the wild rice is a nice side. Okay, I was hungry before. Now I'm STARVING, LOL.
