Description

Just playing around after doing a tutorial by aisleFX on how to paint with rocks. Great fun. I plan on doing a lot more rock painting. Thank you for the comments on my last picture "A Summer Day". It was very encouraging and I appreciate you all so much.

This is gorgeous! I look forward to many more! Wonderful warm tones and long shadows given off by the setting sun! Excellent sharp lines of the dark shadows and bright light on the rocks! Beautiful warm bank and reflections on the other shore. I like the just visible expanse of darkly shadowed ground beneath the trees. Lovely sky and water! Great composition! I love the silhouetted bird on the rock and those in the air.
