I like this Elke. Very much. The two aspects which win my heart are, first: the naturalistic tenderness of the relationship between mother and daughter. Second: the compositional levels which unite the three characters. Such a composition is characteristic of a master portrait artist; one who plans and designs an image well. A beautiful and emotionally moving work. Something I also like is the blending of tenderness with strong protectiveness in the mother's character and pose. Very well done, dear friend!
