The outbreak in 2017 of a biologically engineered bacteria which was to aid the world in mass food production, instead alterred itself without warning and manifested into a deadly virus nearly wiping out the whole human population. With the exeption of a few that have managed to survive this outbreak. Their existence is not without its consequences. The great outbreak of influenza 2017 had put the industrial world into chaos seeing more than 30% of the population infected. Over the following months more people became infected. The Hospitals became overcrowded and this saw many moved to specially prepared buildings errected by the Government to assist in the care of the sufferers. By 2018, many of the Hospitals and the special buildings were closed down. The outbreak continues to take more victims and now it seems to have increased in its ability to take the life of its victims quicker than in the previous year. Concerns now are spreading across the globe to find a cure. The few survivors that remain outside the clean area, have to find their own means to survive. It is 2019. The virus still exists in the cities. We dare not venture there anymore.
